Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of order upon notification and authorization by NSR s.r.l.
Costs for shipping charges for exchange or return are the responsibility of the company.
The customer will be responsible for its return and contents until received by our warehouse. NSR is not responsible for lost/damaged/not received shipments by customers' chosen couriers.
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, contact onlinestore@nsrslot.it within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange a return/exchange.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item.
We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
The evaluation is at the sole discretion of NSR s.r.l.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
In the event that the return is not approved by NSR, it will be returned to sender.
N.B. Evaluation policies for acceptance or non-acceptance of returns are at the sole discretion of NSR s.r.l.
To be subject to return evaluation, products must be intact and conform to the original packaging, with no signs of wear and tear.
How soon will I receive my exchange?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email informing you of the status of your request.
If your return is approved, your new order will be processed in 1/2 business days.
